This is definitely one of the best weight gainers out there. The chocolate flavor tastes good, but the vanilla flavor isn't too good. It's a good choice for trying to add weight. I recommend that you split up the serving size otherwise you will just waste the calories if you take it in one serving. Each serving has 52 grams of protein, 86 grams of carbohydrates, and 600 calories.

I would rate this product an 8/10 because it is a good product, but I feel if you have a good diet then weight gainers are not necessary.

Used this when i first started out bodybuilding, gotta watch those gainers, if you are a endo like me you can gain more fat than muscle if you're not careful
