Default Your best results in 3 main exercises

What are your best results in these three exercises?

1. Bench press
2. Squats
3. Deadlifts

Here are mine

Bench Press - 160kg
Squats - 165kg
Deadlifts - 150Kg

not the norm for bench to be higher than dead lift and squat
but that's dam good bench

I don't often go for one rep maxes but have recently gave few shot

bench 115kg
squat 160kg for reps never tried a one rep
deadlift 190kg pulled this just the other week and had more in me I recon only just got back doing them as didn't do them for year done rack pulls

wow 190 deadlift, that is great, I am afraid to go with more for deadlifts since I had a small back problem and do not want to agravate it.

yeah I trained for long while with ex para who had accident on jump hurt hes back bad and could not deadlift or squat so that why I have only recently got back into deadlifting and squatting

I think have vid of the lift on phone will see and post
