Yolk and white seperation tip
 

Hey all just thought I would share this quick and easy method of separating the egg yolk from the egg white. If you take an empty water bottle, turn it upside down, squeeze the water bottle to let some air out and suck the yolk up into the bottle it will separate from the white.

ha that sounds alot more work then cracking a load in a jug then pull the yokes out do lots in under a min :P or just crack them and strain them with the shell simples :)
