Heres a sample of what i eat in a day
meal 1-8oz plain chicken breast with 1 cup of white rice meal 2-peanut butter sandwich with a protein shake in water meal 3-8oz of lean steak with 1 cup of rice meal 4-protein shake in water (pre workout)phosaghen in water (post workout) meal 5-8oz of lean steak meal 6-protein shake in water meal 7-depends on if still working or off that day The main staples in my diet while bulking is red meat,when cutting it is chicken.Daily water intake is a gallon a day minium and no carbs after 8 hrs into my day.
