Air-Popped Popcorn

You can eat 6 whole cups of popcorn for a snack under 200 calories. While popcorn does not have a significant amount of protein, its sheer volume makes it an excellent choice for those who like crunch. Just want to add that I microwave the same popcorn that is used in an air popper (so no nasty stuff) by placing in a big glass bowl and covering with a tea cloth. Works a treat. Makes a filling snack.
