Completely agree for the most part. I think most people way over compensate and spend too much money on things like 60 gram per serving protein shakes and try and eat every 2 hours. This applies to probably about 90% of people.
There are a much smaller subset of people who genetically will be able to handle more protein and grow at a faster rate, which is where the problem lies. Most will think they are the 10% rather than the 90%. |

I also agree. I suspect a lot of people confuse not training properly and not resting sufficiently with not eating enough protein. It's easier to eat or drink more protein than correct those other issues.
Doesn't work though. If you take in enough protein for your needs, any more won't make any difference, except, if it puts you into the too many calories bracket, to make you fat. ps I think I've mixed Eazy's last two posts together and completely muddled the up.
