I firmly beleive in keto dieting, yes dave palumbo is almost the same but he has a higher protein count which I dont understand why cause feto is muscle sparing aslong your gettin macros in

Well me for one cannot stand the keto diet.I think you lose to much muscle in the process if you have a laborous job

I have done Palumbo's keto for a competition and got all the way to 4% bodyfat. I place first in everything and I don't think I lost much muscle. The keto during the week makes you appear smaller but after carbing up and getting that glucose back in those cells, you look massive.

But did you have to work 12hr shifts while on it?See thats the reason i don t like it

i find keto to very effective for dieting but personally i get pretty bitchy on it
that combined with certain kinds of gear(tren lol) makes be a big F'n jerk i don't mean too but i loss my temp very quick in that circumstance

No but probably worse Meathead. I woke up at 5am everyday to do 1hr cardio then drove 1hr to work, worked 8hrs. Drove back home 1hr, then off to gym to lift for 1hr plus another 1hr cardio. Then I had to go home and prep meals for my next day and was going to school online full-time and set aside at least an hr family time. It was stressful as I did this for the last 4 weeks before my competition. But like I have said anyone can tolerate it if they just look ahead to the goal and not think about the physical fortitude it takes.

Keto has always been g2g for me, i'm one of those people who would rather Lean bulk 24/7 than bulk get fat, then try to lose the bodyfat before summer.

in summer you have hard to lose body fats so winter is best season for it keep trying and exercise harder.

Throwing test in a keto diet. As in 500mg of Testosterone enanthat. Would that be a waiste on a keto diet to make sure you save muscle and loose fat. Im guessing it would help. correct?
