How much water do you drink a day? I try and drink atleast 4 litres a day.Some days it just makes me feel sick then maybe only about 2 plus shakes ,coffee's and Tea's

obviously too much lol, cos I spend all my spare tim pissing!
Probably about 3 to litres, but I drink plenty of coffee!

I have been told you drink more coffee than the crew on Deadliest Catch:D

About 2 - 3L of water and some pepsi max slips in to : I spent 1/4 of my day on the loo, lol. Well it feels that way

pepsi max is diet so it has a ton of chemicals and artificial sweeteners. It's won't really hurt you but it's not like it is going to help you either. Don't substitute it for water, but if you feel like having one, then go for it but not everyday!

Ooopsy, I do have it most days. Just because im used to having a treat every day so it replaces that. It does help :)

i drink about 2-3 litres a day or stop when it makes me feel sick and instead of coffee or tea i drink hot milk i fuckin love the stuff:D

Not enough .... I work outdoors and if I drank a gallon of water, I would make a pit stop every 5 minutes
