how much protein per meal?
 

how much protein per meal do you guys eat? Im 200lbs at the monment and I think Im eating way too much and its an over kill, im starting to put on a little fat, sometimes Im so full I cant even get my carbs in, Ive been trying to force in 7-8oz of chicken breast and carbs per meal 6-7 times a day with 3 50gms protein shakes, tho this has yield me good results I am VERY bloated

I'm a male, I'm 5'10", and I weigh 135 lbs. I weigh 135 lbs and I eat meat and healthy stuff, all the protein from those meals add up to 135g at the end of the day. I also make 2 whey protein powder shakes a day.
