Default What do you eat daily?

I am not the person who keeps a special diet or follow some strict rules, I just do not eat junk food and train 3 times per week and that is why I eat:

milk
bananas
potatoes
rice
oatmeal

also I do not eat white bread. How about you?

im cutting at the moment so the list is VERY limited.

meat, fish, eggs, a TINY amount of wholegrain pasta and whey.

usually my list looks like robbies but without the fruit - fruit = sugar in a pretty wrapper IMO.

I write down everything I eat in a notebook that I have

from meal 1 to meal 5, every detail

That includes carbs, protein, fat, and I always keep track of the amount of omega-3s that I consume throughout the day

at the end of the day I add everything up, I keep track of everything because I try to hit close to my macros everyday

Doing all this has made a huge difference in my physique

Some things that I eat daily would be

egg whites
protein shakes
chicken breast
96% lean beef
cottage cheese
sprouted bread
brown rice
potatoes
bananas
