When will GBN have its Alertpay issue fixed?
 

I've tried a few times since 11-09 and get the same "This company is not taking credit cards at the moment" spin. What eta til the resolve?

This happened a few days ago and we work on this issue. However 99% of our clients prefer other payment methods.

im with you though TBH i prefer to use the alert pay system over WU . WU is a pain having to go to the shop and transfer the money then they charge you a sending fee also .. alert pay is alot easier for me !

What kind of card do you use?

for WU i use cash but they still charge you.

I use WU as I have own reasons for this:) anyway I think such questions should not be discussed in public. Better ask SiteRep in PM. IMHO.

For those who want to pay with credit card now it is possible.

I PM'd a rep and waited 48 hrs(no answer) before I made this thread. I had the time/money and was anxious to finish the order.

This was because we changed domains from .COM to .NET and it took time AlertPay to change everything. Now you can pay for your products without leaving your chair.
