For men 2-4iu/day is a good dosage and for women 1-2iu/day.

You started with lower and if body reacts well you can increase it step by step.

We've been doing .6-.8 daily for me, and .1-.2 daily for my wife. So we go through almost a bottle each week. Is that too small of a dosage? Is that the correct dosage?
