Default 1st meet, naty female, 250 Squat, 330DL
This is my girl, her first meet. I don't have the bench video but her upper body still requires a lot of work.
250 squat, 330 deadlift. Boss.

She only trained 3 months, her first go around. She will do another with me in the Summer. But she really enjoys running so she is going to focus on that for a while.
