Need info/feedback
 
I'm getting ready to run a 4week cycle of Var @ 10mg a day. I'm just looking for feedback on Var in general I.e. how soon will I notice the Var? What will I notice first? I want to keep a log and keep everyone updated on my progress but I don't know what all to expect.

I'm also looking for diet input what's a good calorie rang while on Var?
I'll also take any workout advice that anyone wants to give.

Absolute waste of money!
10mg of Anavar per day for 4 weeks will do absolutely nothing.
Anavar is one of the safest steroids, it is also one of the weakest, to get good results from Anavar you will need to be taking 60 to 100mg per day for 8 weeks.

You will not notice anything on just 10mg per day.

How long have you been training?
What is your current training program like?
What are you aiming to achieve?
What's your current diet like?
How much do you know about anabolic steroids?
What are your current stats?

I have to say that as you are a mother of three doing your first ever cycle of anything you really should start low and consider working up only if you don't encounter problems.

I'm not an expert on these matters but any means, but safety first, surely.

My apologies, I missed your introduction post.
Yes both Tom and stillgoingstron are correct, A low dose is the best way to go.
I can give you advice on training and we have a couple of ladies on here that have quite a bit of experience with gear and diet so they will be able to help you out there.

Hi welcome to HM..have you thought of doing a 6 week cycle first 2 week on 10mg, 3rd and 4th week on 20mg then then last 2 weeks on 10mg ;-) diet I would say simply keep it clean ensuring you are getting at least 1to 1.5 g of protien per pound of body weight

Thanks for the post and yes as of this morning I am running 10mg ED for 2weeks, 20mgs for 2weeks and then back to 10 for the final 2. It seems the best and most productive way to cycle.

Since this is my first ever cycle I wonder will I notice the Var right away? Will there noticeable changes in my body, strength, Harding etc.?
I only ask because I'd like to keep a log of my daily progress and I'm not sure what I should be looking for if anything.

I am not simple enough to think that by swallowing a pill my body is gonna change, I plan to work it hard and earn all I achieve.
