Carbs have now been cut to 200g per day, energy is very low but so is water retention which is a good thing. Still on 3cc Kalpa Test, Tren and Winny per week. Beginning to lean out. Below are aome pics feel free to leave a comment anything helps.

So this far I've found a lack of individuals following my thread which is a littl disheartening but my fault at the same time, maybe I should spark the interest just a bit. I am 5 weeks out from my first show, it's the biggest show in my state and competition is fierce. I will be competing against many amateurs that are trained by no shit IFBB PROS!!! So a ill support goes a long way. As for my stats I'm 5"8 190 5%BF ON MY WAY TO THE MIDDLEWEIGHT DIVISION at 176lbs. I bench 415, squat 450 and dead lift 450, (not too shabby) I'm currently using kalpa gear and love it. I'm using a total of 9ccs per week, 3 test prop, 3 tren a, and 3 Winnie V. I do my inj every other day. So do me a favor send some love my way...

Everyone keep their eye out for my next post which should be sometime this week. I have a couple packages that are going to def put me over the top and help with these last 4.5 weeks of preparation. So once again Big Tom and the guys at GBNSTORE.COM came through!!!! I recieved a package of 10 Test C and 10 Equipoise and everything arrived packed flawlessly and secure. Amazing to see that many items sent in a single package but bravo to them. The brand of course is still Kalpa because in my opinion their oils are the smoothest with the least PIP, and the quality and results in undeniable.
I'm now running 1cc Test C, 1cc eqo and 1cc Tren A Every other day, also using winny on the days between. Kalpa has done wonders for my body and would highly recommend it for competition prep. Guess we shall see what happens because show time is in 27 days!!! Train hard, eat clean and don't forget to train those legs!!! |

Couldn't be any happier with how my prep is going, glutes are striated, body is getting tighter and grainier by the second. This Kalpa gear is where it's at, hands down no question best gear I've come across. Diet has changed a lil instead of being almost no carbs, I've been given about a half cup of carbs with my first 5 meals just to sustain energy levels and get me through the day without being too miserable. Still on a 3 cc injection (1 test 1 tren 1 mast) every other day. Will be pulling the tren 7 days out from the competition. Athank you again to Huge Tom you've been amazing and of course to the makers of the Kalpa gear I appreciate the support!!!! stay hungry and train those wheels!!!!

So had a little bit of bad news pop up and lost a loved one so haven't posted in a bit. Back on track now!!! Tren has been removed and diet has switched to all fish and 1 meal steak at night, as well as first meal is egg whites and oats. Still running 1cc Kalpa test p, 1cc kalpa mast every other day, and 30 mg Kalpa androxyl every day. Definitely leaning out and getting tighter. Here are a few pics. Til next time train those legs. (Have shorts on in pic because I got a thigh contusion the other day and have it wrapped to bring down swelling)
