Just received my second order from GBNStore. There was a bit of a hiccup re the EU, that unfortunately occurred between me ordering and receiving, but Huge Tom posted to that effect and then answered my questions and reassured me that he would resolve it somehow. Well he did just that and now I have my order.

To be honest, I'm very happy with the time it took from ordering, paying and receiving. This isn't buying off some catalogue somewhere and things happen. At no point did I feel that I wouldn't get my order and that's what matters most to me.

I apologize because I use an online translator. gbnstore had problems with shipments, but has been resolved. I was initially angry about the delay of my purchases. but the attention of the people of gbn is fantastic. especially huge tom is a gentleman, cares about solving any problems that appear. for these reasons I make my shopping always gbn, I do not need to look elsewhere for my purchases. I have yet to see someone complain about gbnstore and not come around at the end. Props to Huge Tom that is always on top of the problems and giving a happy end. I had 4 orders with gbn,always got exactly what I ordered and with good discounts.
