Picked up my package today. All was there except caber, which got sent separately. Also am ordering again once I get through to the store. Decided to grab some HCG and a GH peptide.

15 viles of Test E, 2 Tren A, and nova and stane.

As always, GBN Store were professionals and showed the class that is building a brand.

I'm about to cut. At first I'm try just test e, peptide, and see if I can take off enough body fat. I may introduce tren at some point.

I really want a successful cut without dropping muscle, or that much.

what peptide are you using
and you can cut on test alone and not lose if diet is right
things like low carbs can make you feel like losing muscle but high carb day can make you fill out again

since this is second cycle shocked going down tren route but down to you

whats plans for in weeks
ie
wks 1-12 test e 500mg blah blah

with cutting diet is key what do you plan on doing
and training wise what will be doing also any cardio

I think key is to have a plan

You can definitely cut on just test. Even test E! It will prevent any/too much muscle loss while cutting your calories, depending how far you push it.

My diet will pretty much stay the same, clean, but less of it.

I'm at maintance right now, I think. I'm not losing or gaining weight, although I'm getting stronger still, but it's slower.

I'm gonna start 250 calories below where I am now and ramp it down from there. 500mg a week of test to start, and the peptide is ghrp-6.

How long depends on how successful I am. If I go 500 calories in deficit, and after 8 weeks I'm at 10% body fat, roughly, then I may stop the cycle then and not use the tren.

But if after 5 weeks Im not seeing body fat go down, then I gonna drop more calories and probably maybe go stronger dose. If I have to go skin and bones to drop my belly fat, then I will.

But with the compounds I have on hand, it's my hope I won't have to do that.

If after 5 weeks you're not seeing the results you want then l doubt if taking more test will help. More likely you'll need to sort your diet out. As in deciding if you are a fat burner or a carb burner. It's more likely you'll need to manipulate carb intake. I'm sure that if you decrease calories and carbs at a steady rate and not too fast you'll see the results you want.

Yea, but I wouldn't add test, I'll add the peptide and tren.

The only reason I'd add them, because at that point my calories will be really low. We're talking 1000 under maintance, low carb. I will be struggling to save muscle.

ive been on GHPH-6 for couple days now and not sure if is that so quick but hunger kicked up so good luck there should have opted for 2

also how many days do you lift do you do cardio at all
whats your maint now then in cals and macros

you know you could start first week and not drop any cals and do cardio 30 mins twice week
I am fan fasted morning cardio this alone will help speed up Metabolism
