HI all
Im a new guy here of course but not new to training or gear. I been training since i been 12 ( long time ago lol) using gear since the 90s but had a quite few year break due to life . fast forward , i always wanted to to a show and did my first one this year taking fourth in novice and fourth in the open .

Been talking with Huge Tom about kalpa gear and im going to run a log using his gear in contest prep .

I started this a few weeks ago running another labs gear until my Kalpa arrived . After HT and i figured out what we were going to do the gear was shipped and got to me pretty quick . Shipping times are important but in precontest mode its very nerve raking waiting on stuff to show up . GNB was on top of everythingand like i said shipped promptly

I started my prep July 5th for a nov 14th show. I want plenty of time to lean out slow and retain as much size as i can. Last show i started 16 weeks out and dropped from 210lb to 165 stage ready . Im hoping to be in the light heavies this time

My quads need more size so im running a syntherol protocol on them . I already started using it a few weeks ago and can see a sizable difference in them . Im very pleased so far with how things are going

. Im also not doing the tear drop for now . it will save some oil and hopefully still look ok

SYNTHETEK SYNTHEROL - Amounts per Muscle Group

DAY 01-10 - 1ml per muscle head - 14 injections per day = 140ml
DAY 11-20 - 2ml per muscle head - 14 injections per day = 280ml
DAY 21-30 - 3ml per muscle head - 14 injections per day = 420ml
6 WKS MAINTENANCE - 3ml per muscle head, per week - 14 injections per week = 252ml

TOTAL ML's: 1092ml
TOTAL BOTTLES: 11 bottles of Synthetek's Syntherol
TOTAL pins: 508 pins needed


My starting stats are
44yrs old
5'7"
207.5 lbs


The first part of my prep is going to be a lean gain phase

Gain 30 Pounds of Mass in 30 Days | IronMag? Bodybuilding & Fitness Portal

Phase #1 (Compensation): 30 days

• 200 mg of Test Propionate daily.
• 10 mg of Methyl-1-Testosterone, taken 2X daily.
• 10 mg of Superdrol, taken 2X daily.
• 3-5 IU of GH, taken 2X daily.
• 6-10 IU of Humalog w/ each meal (every 3rd day off).
• 500 mg of Glucophage, taken 2X daily.


I will get this log up to date in a few days and give some feedback on Kalpa ,pip if any ect..

NPP 100

only going to run this for a few weeks then keep the eq till about 2 weeks out . then switch to tren,prop, mast with the orals needed to come in shreaded

Diet is on point , This is what i just switched to after dropping slin . I had more carbs in but started to hold to much water so i dropped the slin and some carbs . Will post up progress pics for the last few weeks

Diet
Meal 1 – 4 whole eggs, 2 slices of Ezekiel toast with organic butter, a teaspoon of coconut oil
Meal 2 – 40 grams of whey protein
Meal 3 – 6 oz of cooked chicken, 1 cups of white rice
Meal 4 preworkout – 40 grams of whey iso, ½ cup of cream of rice (dry), 1 tbsp of nut butter, 0 calorie choc syrup
Intra – 1 scoops of Intra MD
Meal 5 post workout – 1 scoop KarboLoad , 1 scoop of dymatize hydroized protien
Meal 6 6 to 8 oz ground turkey. Couple cups of salad ,low fat or home made dressing

I have more updates im moving here from another log i have started

GBN and Huge Tom are a great thing. Very impressed with the progress you've made. I love how you blocked the page in your front pic. That's awesome.

Syntherol, that scares the crap out of me. I have not used it, but I was told it could be very painful. Is that true? I know some negative stories have come up recently, but I also know a few guys who recently told me they use it sparingly and get solid results.

It can be a bit painful but if you take your time and do small steps with it its not to bad. MY quads feel like i did a leg workout every day . I have more updates to post till get up to speed here with where im at in my progress

I honestly get compliment on my legs in the gym here and there . People can see my sweep threw my sweat pants :D

thanks for following along guys. I stop SEO the for two days , my one quads was tight and kinda hard ish . Massaged it and used my roller and it was fine . It prob would have been fine anyway but id rather be a bit on the cautious side than end up with a hard or lumpy muscle

going to fast forward a bit here . Ill post my progress pics with my weight. i was up to 223lbs but was retaining a ton of water so we ( i have a friend helping coach me ) decided to cut back on carbs and drop slin . I dropped 9 lbs the week after i did that . Still been running the 30lbs in 30 days less then slin

had to drop my orals last week so i only ran them 3 weeks . lethargy was getting the best of me

Got my package from GBN over the weekend. It was packed pretty good and arrived quickly. I pinned sus350 by itself to see if any pip. No pip going in and none this morning.. Also started eq300 and npp100. Will be doing

Sus350 mon/Wed/Fri
npp eod
eq300 mon/Wed /Fri

I'll probably run this for about 4 weeks then drop the sus and start cutstack
here is my lower back at 207lbs , cant find the 223lb pic but lower back was WAY softer

last Saturdays weigh in was 202lbs . Puts me 15 weeks out . Im hoping in two more weeks to have my lower back tight and will hopefully add some soze from the npp and sus
