still masked up, but trying tpo make progress.
dealing with an injury, s\disc, nerve impingement, but getting better slowly
100% hopefully by next month

daily progress
less numbing, but unfortunately still some strength loss, and quite a bit of atrophy, but still determined
hard to see everyday, but I know its going to be slow, so these little things will hopefully add up to 100%

now pain free, but the atrophy and loss of function is still a work in prgress

could even flip the eggs in the pan, but now the weights are climbing and function is slowly, very slowly

returning

staying positive, as hard as it may be, but have to, because this has to pass. too much left to do for damn sure
too many days with the iron still ahead

nerve seems to be coming back in the weirdest ways, but its coming back

the test/eq from DP and gbn is all thats on the menu
a few more calories, but once the training is 100%, def ready to grow some

the look isnt hte same, but the function has returned.
added in some growth. added some extra bf, which is good and bad of course, but im not limited by the whole side anymore.
hoping to stay injury free for a while

couple accidents, but really truly, it wasnt determined how. After the neck pain got really bad, I noticed some disfunction, and then it progressively got worse. Once the atrophy showed up, life wasnt so easy. a lot of inversion therapy and traction, it started to subside and improve. Chiro was a waste of time, completely. got one massage, which helped with neck mobility, and lessened pain, but the traction was what really started to change things
