It seems that you were starting to get some very in depth input on ur other post....
What kind of training program or lifting are you doing now?
What does your diet consist of?
What exactly are you hoping to gain from a cycle?
Do you have any experience with gear?
The guys will most deff need some of these answers to help point you in the right direction...

I lift three maybe four times a week. cardio in between
the diet. eggs chicken oatmeal. and I dont have any experience with gear but would like to put on some more muscle and cut up. but like I said ive been in and around th gym for years
just feel like getting to another level. its my age. (although if u saw me you would never believe im forty eight could pass for thirty five.)I feel like I need something more than what I can get a GNC.

Have you done much research on gear? If so did any of the gear stand out to you?
What is your goal size?
When was the last time you had your levels checked? Before starting a cycle it is always good to know your levels it gives you a better idea of what your trying to achieve.

Hey dude, as DD said, you will need to answer the questions above so we can help, as much info as possible

in not as experenced as some guys on hear but i know cant get bigger and cut at same time
building muscle will put on fat
cutting will reduce muscle size
so to build size food is the way and lots of it
but if heart set on taken ass then theres lots of ready to go cycles on gnb store and have first time test only cycles
but this still requires good training and lots of food and cut cardio if can as burns needed calories

Up until very recently (like a few days ago) I'd have agreed with andyebs, but two weeks into my test e cycle and I seem to be doing both. Whether that continues or not only time will tell, but that's what's happening right now!

phishboy101 06-21-2013 05:48 PM

test only???

so u think thats tne way to go. a test only cycle?? but from what I have been told I should check my levels first?? thats what I was gonn go with cause its my first cycle. and at forty eight im sure my test is low.

stillgoingstron 06-21-2013 06:12 PM

I wasn't actually saying that, but in as much as it appears you are going to do a cycle then yes I suppose a test e cycle is probably best. 10 to 12 weeks at 500mg per week seems to be the much mooted beginners cycle. With proper PCT to follow and other ancilliaries to deal with any problems you might face.

I'm doing 400mg per week and at the end of my second week I'm very happy with what's going on. But and it's a big but, you still haven't answered any of the questions you've been asked about your diet and training experience etc

There's no doubt that if you train and take test you will see results. Let's face it, if you did nothing but cross train and took test your ability to cross train would increase. You probably wouldn't get the hugeness you are looking for though. I know you said you don't actually cross train, but you get my point? The right training/routines etc are very important.

Maybe someone else could chip in with some advice for you here.

pct??

pct and other ancillaries?? can u explain?
