the non-bodybuilder - bodybuilder here!

sup guys,

i'm the non-bodybuilder - bodybuilder. which means I do not lift to get bigger, pack on the muscle, and be a superman model. But I do want to look good 24/7. I'm lifting and working out mostly for sports related. high endurance, minimal bodyfat, lean, athlete. so i'm here for the extra edge in sports, and i want to look good doing it too.
peace

thanks everyone :D

about me: turn 28 in January.
5'7" 150 soaking wet. BUT I want to stay at the weight for competition purposes.
was very much into bodybuilding back in high school and early 2000s. Now i lift only to help with my sport (Jiu-Jitsu)

I'm very much a newbie in THIS world. i'd say started this month! but i've been researching hard and have buddies that have many years of experience.

hope to ask the good questions and not be bashed to hard....
peace

thanks for the welcome,
To be honest, I DO have a bunch of questions, and what I look for is consistency with the answers. I do have a buddy that I talk too, but want to back up the info he is getting from here. I just wish that there was more active users here, but i'll be patient.
