New from Texas
Hi I'm new to hyper muscle and to this world. I am a 33yr old mother of three(15,13&8). I started this journey after overcoming liver cancer. Have been in remission going on 10months. I decided at the first of the year that I had to be healthier for my kids my husband but mostly myself. I was a miserable 220llb and had been watching my hubbie lift weights and look so amazing that I said enough is enough and got up off my ass and started making changes, I am happy to report that I am down 52lbs weighing in at a happy 168lbs. Now this is not my goal by far I'm reaching for 140lbs or less I am 5'6 and thank this weight should be a good size without looking like a skeleton.
I look forward to learning from each of you and learning more about this awesome lifestyle!
