Just joined HM.. I am 47 yrs old and have been training on and off my whole life but got serious again 5 years ago Looking forward to getting and sharing info from my experiences in the iron game I'm 5-10 and 205 lbs.

I have come a long way in the bb game..I'm feeling like I'm 25 again..not quite as strong as when I was that age but looking it LOL
