Hello to all
Just stumbled on to this site and love the reads.good information,been going to the gym around 6 days a week for 2.5 years now finally have the diet thing down ,i eat usually around 6 to 7 times a day.last summer i was down to 155 lbs,im 5 foot 7 in.i did my first cycle of test cypinate for 12 weeks over the winter and ended up at 189 lbs.after cutting some carbs i am at 176 pounds.just restarted test and purchased some nipotropen that i have been on for a little over a month now.we will see how that works out.thanks again for the endless supply of knowledge here.
