SUS 270 + EQ + Prop
 
Current Stats:
Increased cardio and using Axio cyx3 to slim off B/F
(CyX3 is pretty good btw.

So weight is down to 189 lbs!
5'8''
Age: OLD
B/F middle Teens Hope to be in lower teens BTT the EQ kicks in.
Will continue using CyX3 for two weeks and then off for the cycle.
Too difficult to try to get big and slim down at the same time. Been there, done that. So I'm taking some B/F off NOW, and then put on some lean muscle mass. (This is the goal, anyway. Let's see how it goes.)

Started Yesterday.

Weeks 1-3 GP prop 100 @ 150 mg
Weeks 1- 10 GP SUS 270 @ 500 mg
Weeks 1- 10 Axio Labs EQ 200 @ 600 mg (Prize won from Gen-ex)


Weeks 1-12 GP adex .25mg every three days
Weeks 1-10 proscar 2.5 mg Mon Wed Fri

Weeks 3,6, 9, Hcg @ 500 mg
Week 12 Hcg @ 2,500 mg

PCT

Clomid 13 - 15

Week 1 = 150 mg, 100 mg, 50 mg, 50, mg 50 mg 50 mg 50 mg
Week 2 = 50 mg ed
Week 3 = 25 mg ed

NOLVA @ 20 mg along side the clomid

The more we all share our ideas...the better this site will become.

I kind of know what I am doing here, but there is still a lot I can learn from others.
The last couple of workouts I noticed that "PUMP" coming back.
I can tell you it feels great to look in the mirror after a few sets and see your shoulders arms traps and lats puffing out!

Too bad it deflates after you leave the gym!
But still, you know the juice is starting to do its part when you get that extra ordinary pumping sensation. Up a couple of pounds but I had pasta that day so I'll have to weigh in again first thing in the morning.

EQ Cycle
 
Slimming Down a bit. I think by my third week in no more T3 or clen so I can gain some size. Pumps are coming in nice. I did get a little bit of a lump in one leg and sore in the other. EQ seems a little hard on the injection site? Maybe not, that's why I'm asking.

Up three pounds now, but keep in mind am using clen and t-3 and doing some cardio, so this could explain the slow gain.
Muscles getting a slightly sharper look, the pumps are really nice.

I seemed not to be getting anywhere with getting my traps to be sore day after working them but they are sore now!

I used an old technique from last summer while doing dumbbell shrugs a walk a slow circle around the gym so now I am "carrying" the dumbbells as well and this adds a cardio workout too. When I return to the place I started, I stand in front of the mirror and begin to slowly swing my hands, one forward and one straight back in a continuous motion like two pendulums. This mostly works the shoulders but if you lean a bit forward gets the traps too. Stand straight and do these and watch the striations in your delts pop to life.

Thinking about getting some GP EQ-2 cause its two prop esters od EQ so should help jump start the EQ cycle. I'm starting my fourth week anyhow bout was thinking get a bottle and do 200mgs a week along side the 500mgs bold Im already doing.

Any Thoughts?

Going about the same. Worked Chest yesterday. I could have and should have hit my chest harder, but I did blow out my triceps pretty good.
I noticed that the ratio between by triceps and biceps is not that good. I need to start working hard to get by biceps bigger so as to better balance the look of my arms.

EQ 2 would be a nice addition to your cycle but i think the fact your already a few weeks into it , theres no need to add the EQ 2 , save it for next time and use it weeks 1 - 4 ...

Training is good. I was taking it slow because of two prior injuries but I think its time to lay it on as everything is starting to kick in.
Yes, I should have had the eq-2 already. Maybe I should save it for a Mid summer tune-up or something.

I was going easy on my legs but they feel fine so I am going to increase the workout today.

Training is good. I am now picking up the intensity and going heavier. The strength feels great...is EQ known for that...or was I just having a great week?

I have some liquid turinabol available and may do just ten -twenty mgs for its binding effect.

I started the T-bol @ just 25mgs a day for its binding effects. Man, I'll tell you I feel that t-bol pump already after a week.
I'm upping my protein to what it should be today at about 200grams a day. I was restricting calories to reduce B/F but want to gain a little size too.
I'll add some more carbs also and see what happens.

Noticing I'm looking more cut upper body and even abs a bit.

Weight is stuck at 193 lbs! I wonder if I should not worry about size right now and just keep working hard for that hard look?

Any opinions?

Man, all at once it seemsd I'm looking in the mirror and saying...hmmmm...I'm getting some real nice cut...and my pecs are growing too and this is a wek area for me. The EQ was worth the weight, ha ha, wait, ok.

Really, I'm this week seeing some nice size. Now to see how it keeps up.

I through some test prop into the mix...150mgs a week, and same with adding a little eq-2,,,I just couldn't resist lol, and I feel it too sex wise, or maybe thats juist the warn weather. :)

Either way I'm due for a massage with a nice Asian twenty-something soon.

You only live once Bros.

i wouldnt mind a nice massage from a young lady lol , shame the area i live in most the people who do that line of work are meth heads pmsl !!

I hit 199lbs the other day, going to weigh in today again.

I have NEVER broken 200lbs! I was up to 199 last time lol and the cycle ended.

Having a hard time with this belly though. I'll wait till the last 30 days and then hit the t-3/clen. Going to try the MHN soon. Sounds really nice.

Oh, forgot to mention........added in some Deca at 350mgs a week.

Need some more size is why and I respond well to Deca.

I'm not going high with it because I feel I have enough on my plate already.

Be great to level out at 200lbs after cycle, but we'll see what happens. I find its more important what you look like that what you weigh.

ive just got 25 tabs of cyx3 and 50 T3 and 100 40mcg clen tabs , im going to run them alongside 100mg Npp EOD and 500mg Test Enath EW for 6 weeks , how would you suggest i take the cyx3 , T3 , clen ?

There are so many ways to answer this question.
The thing about the cyx3 is that the clen portion is not as effective after the first 3 weeks. (some claim two weeks)

So I would say like do it this:

1) Run the CyX3 alone for two-three weeks.

2) After the above, do T-3 solo for two weeks

(I belive you can shorten the clen off period from two weeks to one week by using a dose of Benadryl about 36 hours after your last dose of clen and do this for three consecutive nights before bed. This clears the receptors of clen. But this is only my theory)

3) At the end of two weeks, or one week with the Benadryl treatment, continue (start taking again)
clen/T-3 cycle for two more weeks.

At the end of this time decide whether you wish to continue by taking another clen break and so on.

Ketotifen and Clen
Clenbuterol is a beta 2 agonist which has a limited anabolic effect during its first few days of use and afterward is normally used to fight fat. At higher doses, however, it can be catabolic to muscle and it must be cycled on a 2 week on, 2 week of basis or the beta 2 receptors that clen binds to become saturated and down regulate.

Ketotifen’s magic is that it upregulates the beta-receptors including the beta 2s that clen uses. As long as you are taking ketotifen, it will continue to clean these receptors, never allowing them to downregulate – even while on a heavy clen cycle. That means you can continue to take clen indefinitely without having to cycle off to regenerate the receptors. 2-3mg ED can upregulate even severely shut down receptors within a week.

It also means that you don’t need as much clen to get the same benefits. It seems u can take about 30-40% less clen and it be equally effective. FONZ posted that it also increases the number of receptor sites on the surface of the cell, allowing more clen to attach and perhaps this is the reason for the increased efficacy. Ketotifen also seems to lessen the sides of clen including the jitters.

Well, lesson learned, do not attempt to lose fat while getting huge!

Maybe some more experienced Bros can do it, but for me I think I caused a tug of war in my body. I can grow big, or I can lose fat, but not both at once it seems. For me, the diet need to put on size, does not support fat loss.

I am using T-3 right now and my goals are now to try keeping what I have, maybe adding a little, while stripping fat away.

The T-3 should help. I'm bumping the test up to a 800-1,000mgs to make sure the T-3 doesn't Rob me of muscle. I am going to load up big time on protein and include some whole grain. Fat is still low.
If anyone thinks I can do this better PLEASE give your advice.
Remember, current goal, keep what I have, maybe add 2-5 lbs muscle too by end of June while stripping of some fat around the mid section.
