It's two weeks in and I'm ready to customize it to suit my needs a little bit better and I would appreciate your input.
I want to focus on adding weight to my main lifts while building some mass with auxiliaries - especially my arms.

This is what I've came up with:

Monday:
Squat 6/5
SLDL 6/5
Leg press 3/6
Leg curls 3/8
Calves 3/8
- I'm keeping the reps low on legs to support squats.

Tuesday:
Bench press 6/5
Incline Dumbell press 3/8
Dips 3/max
Biceps - 3/8
Triceps - 3/8

Thursday:
Deadlift 6/5
Rows 3/8
Seated rows 3/8
Bent over dumbell raises 3/8
Shoulder shrugs 3/8
Shrugs on multipress 3/8

Friday:
Press - 6/5
Side lateral raises - For some reason I really don't enjoy this exercise. Do you have any suggestions for substitution?
Close grip bench 3/8
Extensions 3/8
Curl 3/8
Seated preacher curls 3/8

Hi, the lower-back cramps/pump is getting ridiculous, is there something I can do to reduce it? Yesterday I couldn't finish SLDL because of it. I'm on 40mg of dbol since this Monday.

Week 3 > Week 4 (so far)

Squat +6kg
Weight almost 100kg (some serious bloat going on)

I had to reduce dbol from 40mg to 30mg/d. My lower back was in constant pain and after few minutes of walking I had to stop because of shin splits.

I've also increased adex to 0.5mg/eod because I got extremely emotional, insecure and depressed in the second half of last week.

Bench +2kg
Dead - stupid barbell ruined my grip so no major gains.

I don't get the skin bursting pumps anymore, no more back pumps (finally!!) and shin splits are manageable.

I'm going to limit my carbs to pre and post workout and try to add another l of whole milk.

Overall I feel really great and confident, horny and cocky.

One think that bothers my is how huge my stomach is. There was more fat then I would like before, now there's even the water from dbol plus I'm always full from eating and drinking water so I look like pregnant.

Week 5 > 6

Squat is at 130x5 (+20kg ... that's from the time of 1st pinning)
Bench 95x5 (+15kg)
Dead 140x5 (+more then 20kg)
Press 55x5 (+more then 5kg)

Chicken is now my primary source of protein (used to be pork) and I'm upping my milk intake to keep the momentum going. I'm at 3l/day right now.

My goal is:
150kg x 5 squat
200 x 1 dead
110 x 3 bench
70 x 3 press

I messed things up last week and took one more 0.5mg of adex then I should - felt pretty bad to be honest. really depressed.

Oh and who would have thought that dbol and adex pills look exactly the same so it's not a good idea to empty the bags next to each other on a table *facepalm*

Almost no progress this week.

Got a little sick and had whole lot of drama with my roommate because I needed to tell her that I'm in love with her to get it out of my system (yeah, don't ask please - she's a witch).

But now my head is clear and focused, I'm safe very deep in LJBF zone and I got plenty of rest.

Damn though, I hate when I can't focus in gym. I need to work on my focus. I doubt that Kai Greene looses progress over stuff like this.

Quick update: Metatarsal bone in my right foot is broken for some reason :mad::mad:

I think that might have been the reason why I failed the squats last week. I remember tying my right shoe more tight then usually and I guess that did the trick.

I'm going to squat tomorrow and I'll see how bad it's gonna be. I would be extremely pissed if I couldn't squat 150x5 because of some stupid bone.

Sorry for lack of updates. Raised test levels made me waste a lot of time chasing girls (and actually meeting one very sweet one.... but who cares) and with finals going on it was and still is very hectic.

After the broken bone there wasn't any major progress. I couldn't squat for a few weeks (did front squats though) and deadlift was painful too. It's all good now and I'm doing the Wendler's challenge that was posted on T-nation a few weeks ago.

Next Monday (27.) is the first day of PCT. I am going to go with 100mg of clomid for the first week and then 50mg for 3 more weeks.
I had to take Nolva this week because my right nipple started to hurt badly. Because I've been depressed as a phuck for the last few days I think it is safe to conclude that me and Nolva don't like each other.

I'm at 50mg of clomid/day and feeling good. Key thing is to avoid Nolva like a plague. EVERYTIME I eat but a single tablet the day after is filled with horrible depression.
Other then that it seems like I'm keeping almost all of my strength gains. Finals at college make it extremely hard to eat clean so I keep relying on milk and thus getting fatter and fatter.

I did not read all the post but if you are on the PCT phase now than if clomid works for you stick just with it.

Dont worry about squats, health is more important focus on exercises you can do and do them correct, steroids are not more than 20% of success.
Train correct and you will see a lot of progress.

Finally feeling better today. I'm usually at my worst in the morning but not today. Hopefully things will stay on this course.

Quitting clomid really did the trick. Thank you once more Cornish_Celt for your wise advice.

Only thing that's bothering me right now is my constant sweating. It could be nolva but probably also the fact that I'm a lot heavier since last summer.
