Female NPP log
 
I'm going to do a detailed NPP log mainly because it was god awful for me to research this compound from a female perspective.
So I will update weekly, maybe more.
Stats: 5'10 female 145lbs.
No idea what my bodyfat is but I will guess it's around 15% and I'm 6 months in to a very clean, slow bulk.
Calories are around 2500 with one cheat meal each week. I plan to add one more meal this week so that will bump it up to about 2800.
Training is 5 days per week along with HIIT 3 of those days.
I'm doing 25mg E3D today being my first injection.

I have done lots research on best drugs for women and what you can find isn't great but then spoke to lot of womens competitors and seems deca is there go to bulking drug witch I really didn't think so shocked me
most think its best as it has a lower androgen number
know figure girls who on 200-300mg week as they seem to be able to run higher due to lack of side and know one girl who runs it at 900mg but she is massive

obv for first times NPP better as any side can stop and be out quick

really looking forward to this log see the results you have and how you find the drug

Wow that seems like a high dose for a female! I've read 50mg a week or 25mg e3d. With the half life being around 2.5-3 days I wanted to do the e3d.
I didn't get the compound from a sponsor on this forum but I like this forum best so this is where I want my log. I won't be mentioning the supplier.
I'm pretty excited as this is my first injectable cycle. I was nervous as a mofo to do my first pin but once I did it I was like wtf was I even afraid of lol. Painless and easy.
As of now I feel like the sides I am expecting are acne, because I get that with every darn cycle and sometimes worse when I come off. Possible voice change but nothing severe. Those are the two negatives I am prepared to deal with. Everything else I don't really see as a negative so I'm not concerned.

yeah I think seen starting point for npp is around 25mg E3D

and believe starting point on deca around 100mg week
(this is not my advice as really have no knowledge)

just was shocked at the high doses run by some people

3rd pin was today. For the past few days I have had this insane feeling of just being happy. Which is not one of my character traits. I'm generally a dry unreadable person so this is weird but I like it. Today I did my first quad pin. None of the pins have been painful but damn I shake like crazy once i have broken skin. I hope this passes soon. Today I was stronger in the gym than I was towards the end of my 1st var cycle.
It's kinda blowing my mind. I can't wrap my brain around this strength! I love it. I have also had a very mild headache since I started the Npp. I gave blood today and my blood pressure was fine so I guess it's just a little thing I have to deal with. Nothing terrible.
As of today NPP is my all time favorite.
Still pinning 25mg e3d. Plan to stay there Unless some undesirable side pop up. Then I will decrease the dosage.

could I ask what you use to pin it

I take it your injecting 0.25 of 1ml barrel

are you using a normal barrel with like 22g pin

or are you using insulin needle

just was wondering how was doing it as such small amount

I am using a 25G 1" for my quads and glutes and a 1CC syringe. I tried using a 3CC and trying to get the correct amount was too hard.

Entering week 3.
I am up 5.5 lbs. All of my lifts have gone up in weight. I definitely feel stronger in the gym and have more focus than ever.
It seems that even though I still get sore after some training it doesn't last very long, a day or two at most.
I don't feel overly hungry throughout the day but as soon as I start eating I feel like I can not get full. I am still eating a little over 3K cal a day.
I am retaining just a small amount of water. The only reason I even notice is because I get a mark on my ankle from my socks that lingers for awhile after I take them off. It is very minimal.
Overall I just feel awesome. I am not tired during the day like I have been in the past. I am not really experiencing any of the "typical" sides as of yet. My skin is just a tiny bit more oily than usual but I am washing it often, with hopes to keep any acne at bay. Usually I break out post cycle rather than during.
I will have some blood work done in a few weeks just to compare to my pre cycle blood results and make sure everything looks ok.
That is about all I have to report right now :) as of now I LOVE NPP.

Week 4:
Did some comparison photos today and I can't believe the difference already. My glutes have completely transformed along with my quads, arms, delts and back. It's blowing my mind!
I am adding weight each week to all of my lifts. I feel amazing!
As far as sides go I'm retaining some water but nothing crazy. I have also started getting a few small pimples on my back. Overall my whole body is much more oily. I've been showering with baby body wash followed with dawn dish soap and I think it helps in controlling the oil.
My period came 5 days early and was extremely light. No PMS what so ever, which was awesome!
My coworkers have said I'm always in a good mood.
I wish I could stay on this forever. Lol

Still going strong! The total duration will be 12 weeks so I will be going till mid December.
I have gained some great mass so far and my strength is amazing! Even guys at my gym watch when I do squats and deads now.
Few sides... my voice is a bit scratchy. I have my boyfriend paying attention to make sure it doesn't get too out of hand. If I have a lot to say it cracks sometimes. Right now I am not too concerned with it. Slight enlargement of the lady parts but also nothing extreme. It's no worse than when I ran anavar.
Very Little water retention which is great. I was expecting a bit more actually. My appetite is amazing. I'm putting down close to 4K cal a day.
My over all personality has gone from some what quiet/shy to a bit sarcastic, but not bitchy at all. Just more outgoing if you will. I like that part too.
I'm still pinning 25mg e3d and since I'm doing so well with that dose I don't plan to bump it up.
So far I have nothing but positive things to say about NPP. It has given me that little bump I needed to make some good gains all around.

Will do. I took a series of before pics and want to wait till I've completed the cycle to post them side by side. There is already a significant difference.

Just a little update:
I'm on week 8 (I think).
I'm 6 days late for my period so I'm thinking I may not have one this month. And no I'm not pregnant lol.
Still seeing strength increases every time I'm at the gym. And now people are noticing that strength and saying things about it to my BF. No one talks to me at my gym lol. My BF says it's because I look intimidating. Which means i look like a Bitch lol.
I weighed in at 160lbs this week. That was exciting!
I do feel like my body is getting a bit achy. Waking up in the morning is somewhat painful but it's tolerable.
My voice has been a bit scratchy. My BF says he still can't tell so I guess it's just noticeable to me. Which is good. That is one thing I don't want to change.

It has for sure. I would guess I'm around 17% now. I'm definitely a bit fluffier than I was at start.

I have decided that this will be my last week for injections. So it will put me at 10 full weeks, My voice is starting to change more than I am comfortable with. I feel like I will not gain much more size and I am extremely happy with what I have gained.
I will take my after pics this weekend then post them up. I will also continue the log for a bit for post cycle.

So here are my before and after photos and I made a mistake. This Saturday will actually be a full 9 weeks not 10. So clearly I made some good progress in 9 weeks!

I plan to drop my calories just a bit down to a little above maintenance and let my body adjust back to normal. Training will stay the same. In about 3 months I will run an anavar only cycle then after that I'm thinking mast.

8 days since my last pin and I have lost 7 lbs of water. I knew that was coming and even though it was water weight I liked how it made me look thicker. Oh well. I'm still well above where i started. I really hold water in my lower back and sides and on my butt. So it's kinda nice to have my waist back some and see the new cuts in my glutes.
Otherwise I feel perfect. Strength is still the same, which is good. I'm going to have some blood work done this week.

Quick update...
my strength is still going up significantly. I thought I would lose it but that's not the cast. Still making solid PRs in the gym especially on squats, leg press and deads.
I decided to do a competition in March so I'm going to start prep on Monday. I've been "Bulking" for ten months now so I am ready to lean out some. Once the show is over I will go right back to growing.
I will most likely run a little anavar starting in about 3 weeks.

you say gain cant remember did you compete before then

and find size shape shows more when lean out

we have new feds popping up hear obv not path to ifbb but good for begiiners and have range of cats like tonned figure trained figure as they feel there was lot of difference girls too big to be in bikini but not holding it with more seasoned figure girls so split it up

I have competed, yes. I feel like I am big enough for figure but I don't feel like I would place. My arms seem small still. Hell I don't even know if I can lean out in 14 weeks lol. It will be a challenge that is for sure.
I have desire to try to get to IFBB. I just like to compete every now and again.
