Hey Bro's

I have started my bulking cycle.

I am taking 30mg of dbol in the morning 1 hour before training.

Did 1 ml of sust on Thursday and my next injection is set for Sunday morning with 1ml of sust and .5 ml of deca. (1ml of sust and .5ml of deca 2 times a week for the next 10 weeks)

I have nolva and arim if I feel like I need it, but so far no need.

Feeling a little more pumped up during my workouts.

All let you guys know how it goes.

Hey Kornfed

The deca is 250, same with the sust

I was thinking of doing two days in between injections, so some days it would be three injections a week but the injection days would be rotating

example Monday inject, Thursday inject, sunday inject, wed inject, sat inject

Just to keep levels more stable

Do you think it would work better like this then

Monday- .5 deca + .5 sust
Wed- 1 sust
Fri- .5 deca + .5 sust
sunday 1 sust

Thats a total of 750 sust and 250 deca per week

I just had the best arm work out ever today.

Must be the dbol, 4 days in to my cycle now and I'm up 3.5 lbs

Current weight now is 186.5

Strength and workout intensity is up and I'm feeling great :)

yeah shouldnt take that long depending on what esters you have in the sust but hope you see good gains man!!!

Stepped on the scale today after killing shoulders and I'm up to 189.5

Injection #4 in the morning, cant wait :)

No sides so far.

Blasted Chest today. Was able to hit the 90lbs db on my own with out a spot, so that felt good, working my way to those 150's :)

Weight today after my workout was 190.5

Noticing I'm getting a few looks at the gym, maybe because i gained 7.5lbs in a week :D

Another great workout today, tommorow will be an off day.

Weight is up to 193.

One minor set back, did an injection in my upper quad, next day it was very sore and red. I went to my doctor and he thinks its from not injecting deep enough into the muscle. He is saying if it is injected into the fat it will just sit there and get irritated. I am using a 23g 1 and 1/4 inch needle. I only went in about half way though. Anyone else ever have this issue ?

I am now injecting almost the whole needle.

I cant hit quads for a few days now, or at lest untill the pain goes away.

man I am starting to feel like an animal, im loving it.

Current weight today was 192, so down a pound, but im use to my weight going down a pound and then gaining 2 to 3 pounds the next day, so we will see.

Hit legs today, was feeling a little sick at the end untill I had my post meal.

I managed to squat 230 for 2 sets at 10 reps and 200 for 2 sets at 12 reps and 180 for 1 set at 14 reps. This was a good warm up.

Next leg day I will try for 250 for 2 sets of 10 reps.

Weight is up to 194 :)

I had 2 people come up to me and ask if I was taking something to get big. I said yeah creatine and lots of spinich. :D

Bro's here is a couple pic's

Current weight is 196

Up 13 lbs since the start of my cycle 11 days ago.

Feeling really good, lifting heavier weight every week.

My scale is telling my my body fat % is 9.9 , not bad for full on bulking

Eating lots of clean foods.

Hey Bro's

Im doing good, weight is up to 197

Blood Pressure was getting to high, so im trying to get it lower, got some stuff from my doctor, so hopefully that will do the trick. Its holding me back from going all out at the gym. If I go high intensity my head starts to pound really bad.

Eating crazy amounts of food.

Well im at week 5 right now and weight is up to 200.5lbs.

It felt great to finally hit the 200 mark, this has been a dream of mine for a long time. I started lifting 3 years ago at a skinny 140lbs.

Strengh is up a lot, every workout im breaking new records.

I am going to have to turn this cycle into a 6 weeker. My doctor says she needs a blood test done after im off the test and she only gave me enough medication to get the blood pressure down to last untill my next apointment.

Other then blood pressure issues, no other sides came up.

So I got one more week to go, then stop for a full month and get my blood test done. Then plan my next cycle, with a shorter cycle this means shorter time off.

That's awesome to here you hit the 200 mark. That's what I want to get to also!
