Default eazy tip

Measure your progress with tape measures and how your clothes fit. You can weigh heavier and still have lost body fat - Fact!

Ditto to what Eazy says.

Four weeks into my cycle I've gained around an inch everywhere but my waist and weigh around 8lbs more. I'm cutting, so if it wasn't for measuring (and a mirror) that could be quite depressing!
