Trinaxyl 150 is an injectable steroid made up of three ingredients: trenbolone acetate, trenbolone hexahydrobenzylcarbonate and trenbolone enanthate.

Bodybuilders use this medication in order to increase body mass more effectively than by weight training alone. Trinaxyl compounds have a binding affinity to the androgen receptor 3 times higher than that of as that testosterone. Once metabolised, Trinaxyl has the effect of increasing nitrogen uptake by the muscles, leading to an increase in the rate of protein synthesis. It also stimulates appetite, reducing the amount of fat being deposited in the body, and decreasing the catabolic rate.

Some short-term side effects of Trinaxl include insomnia, high blood pressure, increased aggression and libido. Women should not use this medication due to its virillization effects.
