I know that sounds ridiculous but I've never been this weight and still be hard and vascular. Look at these calf pics

So i got back in the gym.today after a week of feeling like death. I lost about 5 lbs and felt fatigued but i gave it all i had anyway. I didn't have my log but it wasn't worth logging anyway. I hate this happened at tge end of the cycle but it is what it is now.
I did a litlle chest today. Only 3 sets of each
Bb flat bench
Bb incline bench
Db flies

Sorry i went mia everyone. I haven't even been able to work out.
However, i am in the best shape of my life and I'm very thankful i had the opportunity to try this stack. Best recomp stack I've ever done. At the end of the cycle my final thoughts are this...
Primo is expensive and worth every penny if you wanna recomp and tighten up. Make sure you have a good source though. I endee this cycle at

I wanted to come back to this log and thank ironpharm for letting me run this log in his forum. It's an expensive cycle but it's the best quality muscle I've gained and the strongest I've been in my life even with tren.
Ironpharm's t/a was always good to me. You guys have some great gear and kalpa is top of the line.
