i had a great back day today. I didn't have my log but i did 3 sets working up
Wide grip pulls
Standing lat pulls
Machine v bar pulls
Db rows
Deads

I can't put in as much work into the workout or the log. My baby has hand foot mouth disease it's been a long few days
