SO i was of yesterday and today.. I did do some cardio..

40 mins yest.. intervals.. full 40 mins HR 130-140

today 20 mins all HIIT... HR 130-170

ate some jun the last 2 days to see what would happen.. as i mentioned i can gain really quick...

2 protein style burgers, 1/2 order of fries at in and out...

past yesterday, bread w .butter.. cheescake 1/2....

no wine.....
up 4lbs in 2 days....

current weight: 222.. up from 204...
BD didn't go up.... the cardio is helping..

leg day tomorrow, OUT....

legs:

leg ext. 150, 150, 170, 190 drop to 170, 150 all for 10's...
superset with leg press:

12 plates + (2) 25's plates for 12, 10, 10, 10, then drop (this was super set with leg ext)


bulgarian lunges 25's plates 10 each side 3 times
leg squat HS mach_ 225 for reps of 12

that was all i had....

no cardio.

giant sets:

free motion mach seated press: 80 for 10
incl dumb: 60 for 10
mach press for 10
pec fly 10's

all done as one giant set, no rest...

4 times....

DONE>...... great workout pump crazy...

no cardio....
weight 218....

diet is 100 g carbs daily for 3 days then 4th day up to 500g... cant wait,...

lat pulls machine: 180, 215,215,215 with 2 sec hold all sets 10-12 reps.. best ever
wide low rows: 180,195,195,195 all for 10's drop, 180 for 8
dumb rows: 95,95.. for 10's
hypers: 25lb weigh tplate 3 sets of 15.. holly shit cramps

high carb day! 500 g today with 100g protein..

cable 1 arm behind back raises- 30 for 3 sets of 12.( shoulder hurting so stpped)

Switch to Deca 200mg and EQ 200 mg today still running the prop 150 EOD..

was doing 1 week of d-bol 10 mg daily.. stopped....

BF still the same... started back to cardio walking...

up 14 lbs....

diet upping the carbs to 250 ED....

lets see where that goes...

primed for another 14 lbs in 10 more weeks...

hyper extentions: 3 sets of 12
rows with machine. 45 plate fo r15's..

walking tonight..

had double super star with swet pot fries lunch...

front press cable. 90, 90,90,90 drop sets 70, 50
side raises- 15 for 4 sets of 15-20 reps
rear bent over delts- 30 for 15 reps 4 sets
rear machine delts- 110, 100, 100, 100 for 4 sets of 12
up right rows, 90 for 3 sets of 10

stiff leg deads- 135 for 4 sets of 10
seated leg curls- 110, 4 sets of 15 super sets with leg curls ( lower leg curls hips down)

cardio 30 mins at 120 HR

total for contest:

up 14lbs
BF increase 1.5% total...
up 11.7 lbs of muscle mass with body fat indications...

not bad.... still have 8 weeks left on cycle:

hope to get 5 more lbs out of it.. I will go right into a diet now since my body fat went up... 10% is my max, beyond that i just keep getting fatter by the day.. if i stay under 10 i can maintain my body fat levels much easier..

not 22 anymore... lol
