first couple were a little shallow, but the rest seemed good
hack squats high rep 3 x 20
leg curl full rom/partials
calf raise (hack) 5 sets Last set w orange mini's

As best as could be done in between prejudging and night show

neutral grip pulldowns
reverse grip pulldowns
good mornings 135 x 10 225 x 10 (what a bitch)
one tbar row (light, just for pump)
stretch

7 days to go until the end of the logs.
I believe I will keep it going, maybe ask a mod to put in the member log section. been fun to do and would be good even without the pizes, though they won't hurt

here is photo of the legs sitting prob 25 weeks out from the next time onstage.

incline 315 x 6 last one w spot
incline db 100 x 10 130 x 9
machine fly negatives (stack)
superset cable fly
ladder pushups

side raise ran the rack 60,50,40,30,20,10
upright row cable drop set (stack, lower 2, lower 2 lower 2 etc until 2 plates left)
superset cable front raise 2 sets partials at the end
stretch
get out as fast as my legs will carry me. dragging ass out of there 2day
The weights won the battle today, but we will meet again soon
man that is some goof y shit

squat (safety squat bar) 575 x 8 - I think. I will have to watch it. had someone video. got a little brain dead after so I can't remember. Went for 8, so I think I got em all
This was a personal best*****
glute ham raise- 3 sets
walking lunges 100# pre load across the gym and back
standing leg curl single leg (stack) 2x second with negatives and partials
standing calf raise (smith) 2 pps/ 3pps/ 4pps / 5 pps
last set drop set 5/4 3/2/1 pps x f
single leg calf raise standing- machine 2 sets x fatigue
stretch
