squat 525 x 8
first couple were a little shallow, but the rest seemed good
hack squats high rep 3 x 20
leg curl full rom/partials
calf raise (hack) 5 sets Last set w orange mini's

As best as could be done in between prejudging and night show

low cable row 1803 stretch and squeeze, nice and tight
neutral grip pulldowns
reverse grip pulldowns
good mornings 135 x 10 225 x 10 (what a bitch)
one tbar row (light, just for pump)
stretch

7 days to go until the end of the logs.
I believe I will keep it going, maybe ask a mod to put in the member log section. been fun to do and would be good even without the pizes, though they won't hurt

here is photo of the legs sitting prob 25 weeks out from the next time onstage.
