What cardio works for you?
 
Love it or hate it, cardio exercises are vital. What do you do to burn calories and keep your heart rate up?

Well apart from the walking once a day.
I also take part in strongman medley's one day at the weekend, this def gets the heart and lungs going and I sweat a hell of alot :D :D

Nice sharing.
I think the best cardio exercise is swimming, i also go to nearly swimming pool with my friends 2 or 3 time in a week. I think a man should do any exercise daily because there are a lot of benefits in exercise. But i love swimming.

swimming is excellent cardio imo if you have the facility available, would you go prior or post workout for maximum benefit?

I usually use an elliptical.... or boxing...both work fine.

I havent done cardio in a while... but elliptical or rowing works the best for me. I have a heavy bag and speed bag in my garage i just havent hit it since before my accident used to jump rope with 5 pound habdles too...

Hey...
As far as i know swimming is all time best and most effective... There are lot resistance present in water which means more energy require to overcome so it means more calories burn...

Swimming and running theses two are my favourite exercises and these exercises really work for me. I have lost my 15 lbs only through these exercises. But you should be consistent to get good results from them.
