Hey....
Guys i just want to ask how much weight is enough to lose in a week..??
Actually i want to compare it with my weight lose value…

Yeah if you lose weight to fast it aslo becomes very easy to gain it back! cause u cant maintain a crash diet and exercise program for the long term...

What are your current stats and Goals?

skin issues may creep in if you go to fast. fat and loose skin look equally bad, esp on stage.
