Body Transformation Competition 2015
Welcome to the latest HyperMuscles competition This competition is open to all members The rules are as follows: It's up to you whether you choose to cut or bulk, the aim is to transform your body, The winner will be determined by the best overall body transformation. You will need to keep a full journal which will include your training, diet, supplements used, gear used and photo's of before, during and after. Please make this journal as detailed as possible. You can keep your journals in this section: Contest Journals - Bodybuilding Forum | Weight Training | Weight Training Programs | HyperMuscles.COM Forum Please add a link to your journal in this thread. All members taking part in this competition, please comment in this thread. This competition will start on Saturday the 3rd of January 2015 and will end at mid-day on Saturday the 7th of March 2015. The winner will be determined by the best overall body transformation. CC and eazy will judge the competition. Come on guys I want to see more people with great bodies who can benefit by a great partnership programs with GBN later.
I want more guys participating here. It does not matter how you look, just start lifting weights and participating here will give you that fire to do necessarry changes. I will wait to see more sign-ups here. |
