what gets me motivated is anyone bigger then me lol. im exstreamly competitive and im big but not the biggest guy so i push myself to always lift like i was 300 plus pounds.
if im curling 80s and some massive dude comes into the gym and curls 90s i gotta get um and i wont stop till i do. thats just me though and thats what drives me to push harder.
