The trouble with not having a goal is that you can spend your life running up and down the field and never score

Set yourself goals, and don’t underestimate yourself, with hard work and discipline you will amaze yourself at how much you can accomplish:D

Yes, but at least you loose weight. :D In a serious note, you are right. Goals make us push harder because we want what is in the other side of the path. Victory is waiting for US!
