Have you seen his new workouts, he is training light with shirt load of reps and sets they where on YouTube but I can't find them to link them!

yeh never goes to heavy like does his reps slow with maxium tenstion in the muscle high reps for most things i train like that alwasy have just with chest i do low reps seems to grow better

I love Kai Greene. Probably my favorite and defintitely the most inspirational bodybuilder of all time.
