Just bought Dymatize Elite 12 Hour Protein
here was posted a review on this product, I had a chance to take it for good price so I took 2kg, for now I can say I like the taste (banana nut) and my stomach feels good.
I drink it before going to sleep as there is a combination of whey and casein protein. After training I use whey MuscleTech Protein.

i have been using 12 hr for a while the way i do my shake routine i use there iso 100 in am w breakfast then afternoon after lunch 12 hr right brfore bed a 12 hr ths just way ialways did it been great not crazy bout then bannana one usually choclate but taste great no stomach ache no bad aftertaste good protien!
