Default Creatine supplements would work for me, it would be safe?

If I take 250mg only in my post workout shake? I am not sure of taking Creatine, should I take it or not? How much workout min. hours are required after taking Creatine. Would it affect my health?

Scientificly Creatine is proven safe to use. I use it all the time for years. No side effects. We try to work with him for 30 minutes to optimum use. Volume 5 g per day every day. I do not think, when people say it's bad for you. Go to bodybuilding and do some research and find that it is completely safe. otherwise, not allowed to sell in stores. Unless you're stupid amount of it will be fine. 5 g per day left alone. will help to improve your strength and mass muscle.
