Default Greek yoghurt

This stuff has a wealth of gut-friendly probiotic bacteria and calcium, which helps burn fat, and it contains almost twice the protein of regular yogurt. A caveat: Check the sugar content, as some Greek yogurts can be overloaded with the sweet stuff. Plan is always best.

Eight ounces of two percent Greek yogurt: 150 calories, 20 grams of protein, 6 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, and 0 grams of carbs.

It's a staple for me. The downside is what I put on it.

To be honest I've never tried it. But it will be on the next list for food shopping to try. You guys add fruit or raisins stuff like that?

Yep. Berries at first, then other fruit, then nuts, then some lemon curd . . . At least most if it is good for you

I eat this stuff all the time, easy to eat and high in protein, it seems like when I started adding this to my diet my muscles are more full same with cottage cheese
