Default Diet or Training - Which is the greater challenge?

Diet or Training - Which is the greater challenge? Which to you find the most challenging?

Keeping up all the grafting in the gym, the doms, working 'round injuries and other niggles.....

or the dieting, cutting and saying no to all those foods you'd love to be scoffing everyday?

This question is not applicable to those on a permanent bulk

Diet, definitely. Especially trying to eat enough without resorting to crap food when bulking!
