First log bare with me :)
 
Me: 25years old. 82kg, 18%bf, 5'10 and ready to gain :)
My main goal is to put on lean size and be pretty shredded by October, I haven't got a desired weight just want to look good see how big I can get, and maintain.
iv served with the royal marines witch is apart from my daughter my proudest achievement,

Started my first 5x5 on legs on Tuesday 6/3/12 went like this
Barbell squat 110kg 5x5
Barbell frount squat 100kg 5x5 (bar in frount as appose to behind head)
Leg curl machine 60kg (one leg at a time)
Dumbbell lunges 20kg in each hand
Calf raises 70kg 5x5
Hamstring curl 70kg 5x5

Back today:
Dead lifts 110kg 5x5
Pull ups to fail
Lat pull down 80kg 5x5
Close grip 85kg 5x5
Compound row full stack 5x5
Up right row 40kg 5x5
Bb row 27kg 3x to fail!

Sore after this one and my deadlift was a pb :D

A Royal Marine, BIG respect bro.
So you have also done the tarzan assault course at Lympstone then,
And the biggy on Woodbury common, I did love them courses!

Keep the log going bro you'll get a lot of helpful coments and stuff to keep you motivated

Yes bro many times, endurance was my handle tho, always been good with long distance carrying weight, u done the Tarzan urself cc? Good for you mate!

Ok today is my first pin day very apprehensive to say the least, I will pin 2x a week for 12 weeks. (Sunday /Wednesday)

Wk1-10 test E 500mg pw
Wk1-12 Eq 600mg pw
Adex 1 tab eod
Proviron 50mg tab ed
Hcg 500iu pw starting 3rd or 4th week

Pct 1500iu 2 weeks after my last test pin? Or after the Eq?
Nolva 40/40/20/20

Iv had another think on my goal for this cycle. What I'd like is to get another .5-1 stone of lean mass, I wanna end the cycle say 14stone then bounce bk to 13 stone that would be a waste of money an effort in my eyes,not to mention ppl will guess In useing iv got a good clean diet so hopfully this is achievable.

Did my first pin 2ml rest 2mil eq was very nervouse but its pretty simple once you get going,

Today I did legs, felt tired going into the gym but once I got started was all good,

Squat 110kg (bb) 5x5
Front squat 90kg (bb) 5x5
Lunges 60kg (bb) 5x5
Leg curls 70kg 5x5 tired by this point
Calf raises 70kg 3x15
Hamstring curls 60kg 5x5
300 sit ups on machine with 30kg
Job done,

Was on my own today usually get a partner at the weekend but he didn't turn up today so session went like this;
Flat press 100kg 3x6 then 2x5 90kg
Decline.70kg 5x5
Incline 60kg 5x5
Flys 20kg db 3x15
Incline flys db 3x15

10x10 close arm bb curls superset with skull crushers
10x10 wide arm curls
10x10 incline db curls

Deadlifts 4x6
Straight leg deadlifts 4x6
Bend over row 4x10
Good mornings 4x8(getting very tired at this point)
Late pull downs4x8-10

Very sore pumped lower back when I left, will be sore tomoz for sure!!

Legs, tried to copy cc routien as best as I could:

10x squats
10x frount squat
10xleg curl
10x leg press
All the above is one set and I did this 5x over, by the 5th set my legs failed whilst I was squatting and I needed a hand up (lucky someone was there not normally) I sat for 5 mins and attempted to continue with the rest of the set but couldn't.

The pump was incredible on my thighs could hardly move and was kind of limping between equipment, this was a enormouse work out and because the kind of man i am I take this as a challenge and will better it next week, cc u are f**king nuts! Absolute beast haha thanks for this on bro my legs are gonna be huge!!

I can feel it now tomorrow is going to be intesting just glad I don't have to go anywhere, DVD day I think, thanks again CC u have distroyed my legs haha :D

Ok so end of week 5 and no sign of the test kicking in as yet! So changed my training. started cc 10x10 volume training heading, into week 2 of it tomoz will do this for about 4-6 weeks then choose another.

What is your cycle man??

Also I know this was the case for me, but I had to get my diet straightened out before I really started growing.

A typical day would be
Banana bagel 2 tbs peanut butter and whey shake
1/2 can tuna and saltines
Chicken breast brown rice two tortillas cheese
Chicken breast brown rice two tortillas cheese
Apple 2 tbs peanut butter and shake
Tri tip brown rice

That did not include a post work out shake and quick carbs

How's those tens treating you??

Diet is real good it's posted on the first page of this log as is the cycle I'm on.

10x10 is real good programme miss shrugges and deadlifts but I can go bk to that after iv done this for six weeks, only diff iv made to the diet is I take seriouse mass at meal 4 half then half after training it has 1600 cals 250g carbs 50g protien 5g creatine

Maybe I missed it but I checked three times and I don't see a diet. Was it posted in another thread.

5 whole eggs, cup of oats 1/2 cup of bluberrys banna

Meal 2
1 baked potato chicken breast veg

Meal 3
1 cup brown rice chicken breast veg

Meal 4
Half of true mass shake
(other half after training about 2 hours later usually)

Meal 5
Large steak veg large potato (baked)

Meal 6
Casin protien b4 bed

Yep diet looks pretty good as far as foods and that true mass taste sooo good. You should be growing as far as I can see work outs look good. Hell if you have it throw d-Bol in at the end and you should finish STRONG.

Also I'm sure you already know but for other guys don't forget your other supps. Creatine and NO with caffeine are proven supps. And will help.

HAHAH yep. when im trying to gain weight I definatly get tired of the eating and drinking all day it never stops!! between trying to keep my water intake and food intake up and supps I feel like im always takeing something or forgeting something.

Ok so iv been working offshore for 5 months and haven't been home much so my diet isn't the best because I can only eat what's made for me on rigs, I eat as good as I can. My current cycle (on week 6 now)

Wk1-8 test prop 1ml eod
Wk1-8 nandrolone phenylpropriate .5m eod
Wk1-4 dbol 60mg ed

Pct will be nolva 40/40/20/20

Training is:
Monday/Thursday
Chest & back
Flat press 5 sets 15,12,10,6,6
Incline press 15,12,10,6,6
Flys. 15,12,10,6,6
50 pull ups (I go to failure till get 50)
Bent over row 15,12,10,6,6
Power : deadlifts. 10.6,4

Tuesday/Friday shoulders & legs
Db press 15,12,10,6,6
Db flys. 15,12,10,6,6
Db front raise (not sure of name sets as above)
Heavy up right row. 10,6,4
Squats. 15,12,10,6,6
Leg press. 15,12,10,6,6
Leg curl. 15,12,10,6,6

Wednesday/Saturday bi's tri's

So far gains have been good, not as much as I hoped but I was injured just b4 starting this cycle and hadn't trained in 2 months, iv put on 12 lbs so far but Christmas will get in the way or training days ect, il will pct off this (jan) bridge with var @ 50mg ed for 4 weeks b4 I start my 4th injectable cycle, that's where I'd like help. I want a real good bulker next get some awesome gains. I was thinking similar to this but changing the test from prop to sustanon and adding a third compound? Not sure as yet. Any help with this will be great :)

I want to thank CC for helping me so much the last year. I wouldn't be as confident doing any cycle with out your help. Also on diets and trains aswel, il post as much as I can in the new year, don't like not putting my input in to this site as I get so much from it. Cheers bro's
