150lbs solid muscle

body fat low low got to be 10% or less

ready to get geared up

will do post of pics run a thread of what i'm doing traiing wise eating and gear how it's working what i'm gaining and how long recovery s taking ran 3 cycles studied about AAS for years before i did my 1st cycle very knowledgeable in all areas pretty well not saying i'm the best there's always room for improvement always so lets get this going fingers crossed for the W

hit legs today

squat 170 lbs 5x7 thats my week point legs calf raises superset 20 at the end of every sqauat

leg extensions 180 lbs 4 x 10

lunges 45lbs in each hand 10x each leg for 3 sets

today i eat morning oatmeal with fresh fruit strawberries and blueberries

peanut butter jelly for snack 2

lunch chicken with brown rice

workout then protein shake whey

bananas with more peanut butter

every morning too multivitamin fish oil, zinc after noon and and vitamin E

dinner fish greens and sweet potatoes

cottage cheese with fruit snack they casein protein before bed with milk in it

You will see alot of the same thing in there for diet. Fridays or sat i cheat with pizza and cheese steak, but i can eat anything i want really and not be fat. I hope to compete 1 day i will blow up i have a cycle coming up but i really want to try a new company cause i know some of the shit is bunk that i wont be using. Well use to be good then company's fall off you all know how that goes so idk how good it is who knows ahh i hate that shit lol

i haven't done a cycle for a long time now it's been 8 months i feel off working out at the end of summer i moved and got married so iv'e been back in the gym for 1 1/2 months been a slow process cause my muscles hurt bad for days after and lost alot of strength but it's getting better recovery time is coming back nice now like 2 days compared to 4 when i started back up i wish i never fell off at least did pus ups and dips and shit like that i'm so mad i was huge before looking

legs , abs

back bis


then a day for arms by them self's when i get in the grove of things
3 x a week cause it's hard for me to gain weight so i want to burn ass little as possible

incline 3 x 145lbs

decline 3 x 200 lbs

flys 35lbs db 4 x10

dips body weight 3 set

tris 4 set 60lbs pull down with rope whatever thats called lol tricep extensions

so yesterday i did chest i did a shot of test suspension just to see cause it's instant and it could def tell the difference not sore today went up in weight on the weights and massive pumps threw it up like it was nothing even towards the end nice stuff did d boll 10mg while working out under my tongue this gets it into your blood stream faster you have lots of blood Vesalius under your tongue so i know it was thes suspension in iol and it's doesnt even hurt today my ass at all or my chest usually i'm sore for 2 days atleast the next day wow so i'm ready so start this cycle up very shortly stay tuned fellas

way more protein dude
drop the snacks for chix and fish
bananas and peanut butter and jelly not going to get it done
your breakfast has no prot either.
especially if you are using supplements
