Default Heres a link to my guilt free protein cheese cake enjoy.

This is a very simple and healthy cheese cake first of all ingredients taht u will need
(1) Suger free gelatin.
(2)Protein power (i use banana flavour)
(3)low or zero fat soft cheese.
(4)One Banana or fruit of choice.
(5)Coconut oil (optional)

Step 1. Simply add 200mls of hot water into a pot add the suger free gelatin mix untill dissolved with coconut oil (if you wish).
Step 2. Add 200mls of cold water into a bowl or a shaker add your protein powder,zero or low fat soft cheese,
and fruit into your bowl or shaker.
Step 3. Mix with a handblender (works best) and mix ingredients untill smooth.
step 4. Add the mixture to the dissolved gelatin slowly while mixing the gelatin.
Step 5. Add your mixture to a container to cool and then let it set in the fridge.
Step 6. Enjoy your guilty free healthy cheesecake anytime of the day

Also if u wish to make a base to the cheesecake just get some oats, natural peanut butter and maybe some honey mix and put in the bottem of the container

Im actuelly going to try and do some creatine and caffine jelly shots or jelly tubs great as a pre workout id say il do them over the next day id say and see how they turn out
