Default How can i gain muscle and loose weight at the same time? Is this possible?

I'm 20 and I want to lose weight but gain strength and at the same time. I go to the gym for a few months now and bench books 150/160. the problem is that my weight is 185 pounds. I want to get in shape and stay strong to define my body (or try). Please anyone can help me? Please also suggest me any tips by nutrition and Diet coath & any supplement is which i can purchase easy to use for me..

You can gain strength while dieting, but you can not increase the muscle mass in normal circumstances. Gaining muscle requires a surplus of calories and lose fat you need a calorie deficit, it is better to focus on one thing at a time. This is why bodybuilders have cut and collection phases. I want to spend the next regime 2 or 3 months and then focus on muscle mass for about a year. To increase muscle mass, do not try to win over a pound a week.
