Default which is the right weight training for bodybuilding

I am 20 years old and I want to lose my weight, recently my weight is 190 lbs. I am doing regularly cardio exercise and I eat every day protein and vitamin food. Is it good for me with my routine exercise? And I want best weight training which is easy to use in routine workout life for me. if you know about that please suggest me..

First, you want to know about cardio training , balancing cardio with weight training can be one of the most difficult aspects of developing your training program.

Training your body is all about balance. A complete exercise program should include resistance training, not only that, but cardiovascular exercise as well. The balance between these two basic forms of exercise is essential for successful training.

You can balance your training is essentially the amount of cardio you do in relation to the amount of weight training which you do.

The main question is that what you should take into consideration when balancing your cardio with your weight training ?

Your main goal is to lose weight and you exercise to burn the calories and to turn the fat to a lean body.
